5. Gift Cards
Maxi Flooring Kitchen & Bath does not offer gift cards at this time. If gift cards are introduced in the future, Klarna will not be accepted as a payment method to purchase them, ensuring compliance with Klarna's guidelines.
6. Services and Bookings
Klarna cannot be used to book remodeling services, design consultations, or any other services offered by Maxi Flooring Kitchen & Bath, in accordance with Klarna’s policies. For design and remodeling services, customers must use other payment methods available in our store.

8. Shipping and Delivery
In-Store Pickup:
Maxi Flooring Kitchen & Bath offers a free in-store pickup option for all orders. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection at our facilities.
Delivery Service:
For customers requiring home delivery, we offer a delivery service at an additional cost, based on distance and product/material quantity. This service is provided by a third-party and is subject to availability.
Delivery Service Conditions:
- Delivery is only to the front door of the property (no exceptions).
- No inside delivery, assembly, or installation is provided.
- Maxi Flooring Kitchen & Bath is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the third-party delivery service.
- Any claims regarding delivery must be directed to the service provider.

Delivery time estimates will be provided at the time of purchase and may vary depending on location and product availability.
9. Returns and Refunds
1. General Return Policy
- Return Window: Customers may return unwanted products within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns for Klarna-Financed Purchases: Purchases made through Klarna are eligible for returns according to our standard return policy.
- Once a product has been received and used, returns will not be accepted unless the item is defective or does not match the product description.
- Refunds for Klarna-financed purchases will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s terms and conditions.
2. Return Process

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4. Restocking Fees
- Klarna-Financed Purchases: No restocking fees will apply to returns of products purchased through Klarna financing, in compliance with Klarna’s policies.
- Other Payment Methods: Returns of products purchased using other payment methods will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
5. Custom Products
- Maxi Flooring Kitchen & Bath does not currently offer custom products. All products available in our store are standard-manufactured and delivered according to our shipping policy.
- If custom products are offered in the future, we guarantee that the fulfillment time will not exceed 14 business days, in compliance with Klarna’s policies.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of receiving the product to arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order fulfillment.
